Dream 07-05-06

I started in an old house or apartment building. Everything in it looked unfamiliar, but still seemed like it was mine. The space was slightly cramped, like there was too much stuff there. There was a baby, but I'm not 100% sure it was mine. I was slightly dressed up, but didn't end up going anywhere. In one room I was about to search a closet, see what was in there. A guy came by and asked if I needed . . . something. I did not. I think I was trying to flirt with him, but I could tell he wasn't really in to me.

Then it got weird. I was out in an under-developed part of town. There were a few people on the ground with me, and a few people above in some kind of airplane facade. I don't know what exactly was going on. A car came by and picked me up. There was an older guy in it I tried to make conversation with, but it was strained. We passed a crane pulling off sections of a damaged train to get to some passengers. I mentioned I had seen something similar with 2 cars that had collided on a transport truck.

I was dropped off at some kind of school. I, in some way or another, recognized almost everyone there. We were walking clockwise around the building, presumably for lack of anything better to do. A couple of girls mentioned wanting some pot. For some reason I knew where some was. We grabbed it and went inside to a reception-type area with tables and benches. We leaned under the table to smoke. Very conspicuous, but any passing staff was clueless.

At a table next to us was Ryan and another guy I knew from school. They were talking about finding a plant (like pot) that grew underwater in a river or stream that runs through a gorge nearby. I was about to comment and ask if I could come when the 'principle' came by and started yelling at them for arguing with each other. Mentioned something about counseling.

I went back to my original seat. At one point I looked under the table. Not only was all of our paraphernalia there, but someone had put ice-cream bars under there as well. Next time I looked everything was gone.
